Return Guidelines for Clothing ONLY:

     Returns must be requested and received back to us within 10 days of receiving your order.

     Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

     Items must be unused, in their original condition, and free from damage, scents, or residue.

     Please include your original packing slip with your return.

Only exchanges or store credit for eligible clothing returns, no refunds.

SALE clothing Is FINAL sale and cannot be returned.

Delivery times and calculations vary depending on items in your order and your location. We take great care in preparing and packaging your order. However, once an order has been handed over to the shipping center, Bloom Flower Bar & Gifts is not responsible for any damage, delay or loss caused during transit. If your package is damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
