At Bloom Flower Bar & Gifts, we want every customer to love their purchase, whether it’s a fresh floral arrangement, clothing or a one-of-a-kind gift. 

All items, excluding clothing are final sale. We only offer exchanges or store credit, no refunds. If you need to initiate a return, please contact us at amanda@bloomflowerbar.com.

Return Guidelines for Clothing ONLY:

     Returns must be requested and received back to us within 10 days of receiving your order.

     Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

     Items must be unused, in their original condition, and free from damage, scents, or residue.

     Please include your original packing slip with your return.
